Natural Gas Station Manager

Job Summary
- The role is responsible for organizing and executing activities and tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the natural gas system at the Al-Risha Gas Station. strong organizational skills and the ability to interact with different teams and customers to ensure the effective and reliable performance of technical systems. Ensure compliance with company specifications and public safety regulations. The role also involves ensuring that tasks are executed professionally, and accurately documented.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
1. Station Management:
- Plan, organize, direct, and optimize daily operations to exceed customer expectations.
- Increase productivity while reducing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Responsible for production, product quality, and on-time gas distribution for customers with no delays.
- Efficiently allocate resources and fully utilize assets to achieve optimal results.
- Monitor operations and take corrective actions when needed.
- Build trust with the team and manage, recruit, and develop plant staff.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas of waste or improvement and develop systems and processes to track and enhance productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets for better results.
- Address employee issues or complaints and manage collective bargaining agreements.
- Interview and select station technicians, including electrical and mechanical technicians.
- Plan and supervise the work schedules to operate the station 24/7.

2. Operations Supervision:
- Operate and monitor all station equipment and systems to ensure they function efficiently and within safe limits.
- Control gas flow and ensure operational safety.
- Monitor customer gas quantities and develop a distribution plan for their needs via tankers.

3. Station Maintenance Management:
- Develop a preventive maintenance plan for the machines and tools used at the station, including start dates and expected completion dates.
- Prepare a daily/weekly/monthly maintenance schedule and ensure the availability of necessary stock and consumables to complete these tasks.
- Ensure technicians adhere to the maintenance schedule

4. Staff Management and Training:
- Train and qualify the team to perform their tasks in operating and maintaining the station.
- Conduct tests on the skills that employees have been trained on.
- Continuously monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve and develop skills and work efficiency.

5. Public Safety Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Health and safety requirements for natural gas operation stations.
- Familiarity with the ISO 450001:2018 international standard for occupational safety.
- Ensure that maintenance and operations teams comply with public safety requirements during their tasks.
- Adhere to all safety procedures while working and using protective equipment.
- Take responsibility for correcting and reporting hazardous situations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Over 8 to 10 years of experience in Financial Management, Human Resources, and Technical Station Management

Skills
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of SCADA monitoring and verification systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with and adherence to ISO 450001:2018 international standards and local public safety regulations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
