Unigaz Jordan recently held an exclusive event in collaboration with the Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA), highlighting its leadership in promoting LPG as an alternative fuel in the local market. The event, which brought together 75 industry professionals, clients, and suppliers, including members of the Society of Consulting Mechanical Engineers, emphasized Unigaz’s role in driving the shift towards cleaner energy solutions in Jordan.
The event launched with an opening speech from Dr. Ibraheem Adwan, the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Division at JEA, who welcomed the attendees and thanked Unigaz for sponsoring this significant gathering—the first of its kind in over a year.
Eng. Bassam Al-Shorman, Unigaz Jordan Sales Manager, followed by introducing Unigaz International and its Jordanian entity, providing an overview of the company’s key operational divisions. He highlighted the advantages of LPG and shared insights into the major projects that Unigaz Jordan has implemented throughout the Kingdom. A marketing video, developed with a strategic client in the bakery sector, further emphasized Unigaz’s contributions to the market.
Eng. Mohamed Nusair, who also addressed the gathering, emphasized the growing applications of LPG as a cleaner and more efficient alternative to diesel. He went on to discuss Unigaz’s role in advancing Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) within Jordan and underscored the company’s commitment to innovation by unveiling a new energy audit service. This service provides a scientific standard for comparing the cost efficiency of gas versus other energy solutions, offering valuable insights for businesses considering the switch to LPG.
Eng. Amjad Abu Raya, President of the Society of Consulting Mechanical Engineers, expressed his gratitude to Unigaz for its role in organizing the successful event and praised the company’s leadership in the Kingdom’s energy sector. His endorsement further solidified Unigaz’s position as a trusted and innovative player in the market.
The event concluded with a Q&A session, followed by a business dinner hosted by Qablan Bakeries, which provided a valuable networking opportunity for the attendees.
