Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible of performing all relevant secretariat activities at the company, including archiving and managing files, coordinating and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence, keeping official records of the company, as well as handling the arrangement of appointments and schedules for the company president.

Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
1. Documenting & Reporting
  • Reading and routing incoming mail, composing and typing routine correspondence, answering and screening telephone calls and arranging conference calls upon request
2. Flexibility Adaptability & Communication Skills
  • Coordinating and organizing incoming / outgoing mail on the company level through the receipt of incoming mail and dispatching of outgoing mail, in addition to the proper recording and filing of important correspondence
  • Preparing meeting agendas, minutes and notes for meetings and distributing copies of generated documents to the employees concerned
  • Preparing memorandums outlining administrative, financial and operational policies and decisions issued by the president to concerned personnel
3. Operational Excellence
  • Managing calendar, appointments and meetings in order to ensure their best coordination and effectiveness, under the direction and guidance of the president
  • Ensuring that all needs are attended to, in terms of stationery, equipment and services to ensure the availability of all required items/ services at all times
  • Arranging detailed travel plans and itineraries, making travel and accommodation arrangements and preparing documents for travel-related meetings
  • Arranging programs, events or conferences by coordinating with concerned facilities, professional associations and service providers to organize invitations, speakers and related budget

Education and Certification Requirements
  • Diploma degree in Business Administration or Secretariat
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a related field

Software Developer

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the latest software functionalities, business reports & dashboard, and integration of solutions. In addition to developing, testing, and debugging system customizations and enhancement using various software platforms, s/he is responsible for maintaining and supporting existing business systems including assisting users with system and software functionality and technical issues.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to)
  • Performs daily operational work, support, and maintenance activities: IT Systems, Applications, and Database Administration
  • Handles Tier 2 support issues which include:
    1. Managing users accounts, status, privileges
    2. Receiving users’ queries and resolving problems
    3. Tracing systems problems, and coordinating with vendor to resolve errors
    4. Maintaining, managing, and updating corporate solutions
  • Prepare and build MIS reports and dashboard and support business intelligence requirements
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integration between different platforms using multiple technologies
  • Build integration to 3rd party systems and devices
  • Design, develop, and implement new software programs and solutions that meet all specifications and requirements
  • Perform configuration and development tasks over ERP, CRM and Custom Mobile and Web Applications
  • Conduct coding, testing, debugging, and analytics
  • Complete system installations and projects as required
Required Qualifications
  • Educational: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / IT / MIS or relevant
  • Computer Literacy: Experience with a variety of software applications, solutions, and projects; software development
Professional Experience
  • Highly knowledgeable in information systems, web and mobile Applications, database management, reports and dashboard development, data query and extraction
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Software development
  • Knowledge in ERP, CRM, SQL, Databases and .Net
  • Structured Query Language (SQL): DML, DDL, DCL
  • Strong knowledge in any relational database and management like SQL server
